IPA

A type of Pale Ale, this style of beer has an interesting origin. Originally conceived in the 16th century, hops were added to beer mid voyage across the ocean to ensure that the beer didn’t expire during the trip from England to India. Now, in our modern economy, this style of beer has become mainstream and the interpretations of this beer are vast and vary from brewery to brewery.
